Overall, I prefer to use Chat for support. I most recently dealt with Arjun on chat and the process went swimmingly.

Thankfully I just migrated away from Nestify.io after a few years of using them. The first 2 were fine but the last 2 years have been miserable (I think they had a change of ownership but I'm not sure). Their customer support is shocking and they don't seem to have any technical expertise and always fail to sort the problem saying they have escalated the issue, at which point you won't hear anything again... I had the same server permission issue on the majority of my sites for months that no one could fix (prevented me from updating plugins, etc.). I was always told to just reset permissions from their cpanel which never worked (even when they tried). I can't explain how much stress they have caused me. They do offer slightly cheaper hosting so I guess you pay for what you get. I'm so happy to have finally migrated all my sites away from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

I had a problem where the database,Scheduler update kept getting stuck in a pending state. It was frustrating at first, but the Nestify support team was helpful and responsive throughout. They kept me updated via chat and email, worked on the issue quickly, and eventually fixed it. They also said a fix will be applied to prevent this from happening again, which I really appreciate. Thanks to the support team for resolving it in good time!

After a larger company took over our previous hosting provider with a blue cloud logo, the service quality diminished, and the costs continued to rise (which wouldn't have been an issue if the service remained good). After another issue, we decided to look elsewhere and came across Nestify. Their pricing is fair, good quality resources, and the support team, Amelia in particular, is a massive help.

The support has been consistently fantastic. As I need to adjust for the changing demands of WordPress updates and site requirements, each of the support staff that I have had to work with has been efficient and successful at helping me attend to whatever comes up.

I would leave zero stars if possible. This is the absolute worst hosting service you can use. Vultr servers are terrible. They run fast if you have one or two sites on them but then have constant issues as the servers start to get 25% full. The absolute WORST is when the SSL just stops working. Not to mention their ticket system is a joke (they never respond) and their live support can often be unconcerned with fixing the errors THEIR SERVICE caused.
